Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance


As part of our Institutional Marketing Team, the Analyst, Marketing will contribute to the evolution of our data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing internal data and developing insights to promote new student enrollment. This role requires an analytic thinker who is comfortable pulling data from various data sources to uncover opportunities that improve the performance of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of marketing efforts at tactic, channel, audience and segment level to optimize performance.
  • Understand Marketing data needs, systems and underlying datasets by being a key user of this information and channel specifics KPIs.
  • Develop pertinent marketing insights as it relates to new student growth.
  • Evaluate data from various sources and provide insight to understand audiences, behaviors, outcomes and proposing enhancements to marketing performance.
  • Analyze forecasts, plans, and references for channel specific KPIs aligned with enrollments goals to provide support interpreting data and formulating recommendations.
  • Support competitor intelligence efforts to influence decision-making.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Math or related field is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with databases, reporting on data and working in an analytical capacity in a marketing environment is required.
  • Experience analyzing marketing data sources required.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) required.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL, Big Query and CRM solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, reports, graphs, and more.
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and present findings.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $51,962 and $93,918. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
