Job Description
Adtalem Global Education seeks a dedicated and relationship-focused leader to serve as the Manager, Impact & Employee Engagement . Reporting to the Vice President, Global Impact, this leader will be responsible for driving employee giving and volunteerism programs that advance Adtalem's mission of empowering students to achieve their goals, find success, and make inspiring contributions to our communities This role requires a partnership management expert who can build and maintain strong relationships, ensure program delivery excellence, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, work effectively with external partners and internal teams, and support the execution of strategic initiatives through effective collaboration.
- Design and lead employee giving and volunteerism programs that engage staff in community involvement including in-erosn, remote/virtual and sklls-based opportunities.
- Manage company-wide employee giving and volunteerism software platform, including content strategy, day-to-day administration and community managemen
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, coordinating program activities.
- Use impact reporting and data to make program recommendations and adjustments.
- Perform other duties across impat team and projects as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Five (5) plus years of experience in corporate social impact with demonstrated success in relationship buidling. .
- Experience managing external partnerships and stakeholder relationships, with proven ability to coordinate collaborative initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience with grant-making, philanthropic programs, or employee engagement initiatives in corporate or nonprofit environments.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple partnerships and programs simultaneously.
- Experience managing employee volunteerism and giving platform strongly preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of partnership development and management principles, with proven ability to build and foster strategic relationships.
- Proven ability to design and manage employee engagement programs, including giving campaigns and volunteerism initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate between internal teams and external partners while managing multiple relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in partnership performance evaluation and impact. assessment, combined with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $128,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
